January 26, 2025
It took Alma Zohar 30 years, a carpentry career, and a trip to Africa to break out as a musician. And it It took her a long stay at the top of the charts to realize that she wouldn't sell her soul to remain there.
In honor of Tu’Bshvat – "New Year of the Trees" – chef and farmer Hedai Offaim hosted this beloved singer-songwriter for a musical-culinary session, which dealt with late blooming and artistic freedom, among other things, and ended with a song and a mouth-watering portion of Portoklopita – Greek orange pie.
