 In the final session, we’ll explore the Jewish use of Solomonic seals, focusing on the Hebrew text Sefer ha-ʾOtot (“The Book of Signs”). We’ll trace its development from Italian and Latin sources into a unique Hebrew collection of talismans, shaped by astrology and Jewish scribes. In this tradition, pentacles became rich symbols combining magical, medical, scientific, and religious knowledge in intricate designs.
