The Hebrew Bible Vs. Archaeology

Archaeological findings and the Biblical narrative often do not correspond with one another, which is troubling to some people and fascinating for others. In this session Dr. David Ilan will discuss the different approaches to explaining how and when the biblical text was compiled, on the one hand, and, on the other, how the archaeological record is compiled and interpreted.
